The wine from the Château le Puy Saurette is named Cuvée des Grands Buis and it is composed Grenache and Syrah grapes that have been harvested by hand.

Endowed with a lovely dark ruby red colour with shimmers of violet, the Cuvée des Grands Buis reaches out with aromas of red fruits. The taste is bold and fresh and the tannins are well defined. The wine lingers long and smooth with hints of liquorice and dried figs.

The wine goes well with wild game, grilled meats and cheese and is best served at 16°C. Decanting prior to serving is recommended.
