Already a vineyard during Roman times, the ancient family bastion which is the Château le Puy Saurette was constructed in its present form in 1580.

Built in the style Louis XIV this Château Provencal features some architectural gems including its windows and a masque sculpted from stone through which water runs to the Main House from the hillside.

The Main House itself, with its ochre colour from the nearby canyons, has a dignified and earnest elegance. The exterior of the Main House was remodelled at the end of the XVII century.
